Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TIPWeb-IT on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. I need this for my audit and it is not accepting the barcode, how do I obtain a code instead?

For how new it is and for its function, it works great. I really love the fact that I can use my phone camera to scan in barcode. This will make auditing so much easier!

The app allows the user to search by tag number to find an asset - perfect for identifying lost and found items.
