Bad overall experience The app will not tell you the status of your order, payment, and shipment. There is a looooong delay between the time your order is made and the time hartono is confirmed it. Chat line is frustating. The are not processing the delivery until 7 days after the puchase even when you are live in the same city where hartono has it store. This is the worst online sales platform I have ever used. They need to improve their IT system, payment system, logistic system, etc.
