The only things this app is good for is showing your crew's current promotion status, viewing your own personal stats, and seeing your song library. Other features are either sub-par or they just don't work. Like really, what if my crew mates don't have the app but I want them to see my messages? It's a shame that this app doesn't live up to the game's golden standards. Please squash the bugs!

I literally just downloaded this app to be able to participate, but it won't let me log in. Click on the Sony button, loads, then freezes up and does nothing. Won't need it after tonight so I'm uninstalling now and not going to have to reinstall, shame it didn't work though.

If you have rb on sony, good luck.... My personal experience is great. Shows all information for the current week, and usually lets me know sooner if my crew has been promoted. BUT... My husband can't even get the app logged in. I had problems with it at first too. Works fine for xbox, but most of the time for sony, it just brings up an error page. Yes, we've checked ALL of the obvious things.... 2 stage verification, deleting data, uninstalling and re-installing. Really... Just fix it

Absolutely terrible for Sony users. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and tried logging in to the Sony part of the app. It doesn't even let me log in. I tried re installing the app, updated to the latest OS, submitted 2 help desk tickets to Harmonix. They never got back to me for an update. Poor customer service on their part. I've been trying for months and never wrote a review. I gave them a chance to take care of it and 2 tickets submissions later I still get no answers. Great job Harmonix. 🤬 Not!

Still down for Sony Users. What gives? no response, no help. it been over half year.....Layoffs must have been rough these years. might as well take the app down. some may even argue this is discrimination against Sony and all of its PSN users/customers.

I have downloaded the app to my phone I know over 5 time's since the app first started because of it eventually not letting me on or sign into the app after using it for a while I have deleted it and then went back in and reinstalled it and that usually took care of the problem but not this time either let people know how to fix it or take the app down because for me it has been nothing but a problem
