Great earbuds. Great app. I don't know why people are crying so much. Yes, pairing was not so smooth the first time, but I understand the complexity involved. It's no big deal. Since then, everything is rocking. First time pairing can be hard, but once you do it, app works as expected.

Great sounding earbuds, horribly executed app w/broken features. Won't even sync when launched; didn't even play ANY music yet. Can't even configure special features without it. Unreal! Please... PLEASE FIX!!

This app does not open on my galaxy j7.my 250 dollar headset doesnt pair manually or automatically it's a freaking mess why didnt yall leave the system on the soho wireless.u had to go and make it the only way to use headset is through app.dumest idea ever u smart dummies.i allready wrote an email 2 weeks ago and no answer.My tab A doesnt connect either I cant use the headset while you just sit there acting like evrything is good with ur app. I do not recommend any HK PRODUCTS COMPANY SU CKS BIG

The app doesnt work for me. Screen goes black after it opens up. I have tried reinstalling a few times. Please patch and fix it up.

After the latest update in 30th March 2020 the app started to crash when opening it. Only reinstalling the app "fixed" it, but required to do all the profiles again, which wasn't a big deal. The app is useful when it works, but the feature set is quite limited. I'd hope to have a profile for the ANC mode to reduce the change in the sound balance.

All the HK apps are a great example of why software engineers and audio engineers aren't the same thing. The headphones are world class, this app is dirt class. When it works it only just manages to do what it should, but that is only when it works, which is infrequently.
