Not sure why the poor rating. This app has a full infinite band graphic EQ! How many other TWS have access to that? Not many. You can also change tap gesture functions as well. I have a N400.

Is it on? The sound is amazing, but the software is terrible and inconsistent. Do you like ambient aware so that you don't get run over by traffic while running? Better remember to keep relaunching the app to turn it on. Wrap the N400s into the Samsung Buds + app. Also, the left bud goes in the right side of the case. Essentially designed? Essentially poorly thought out. They do sound great, and my wife has claimed my Buds+ so I am stuck.

Working with nc700m2. It's ok but needs improvement. App takes a long time to recognize headphones are connected. Lack of choice whether you want 'adaptive' noise cancelling or a full blown option (even if it would take a toll on battery) is a huge minus. You should be able to choose: nc off, nc on, nc adaptive, ambient. For now 2 stars, waiting for improvements.

Absolutely pathetic app. Why are there no equaliser presets, for example? You have to stuff around trying to make your own, when it would be way easier to have a whole bunch of them and pick one. Even ancient software like WinAmp for the PC has a multitude of presets. And the 'manual' is rubbish.

The app did not work with my Samsung S20+, but it worked with my older Huawei P20 Pro. The app does not seem to be able to sense the N400 earphones on the Samsung S20+. Given that AKG is owned by Samsung, this is extremely stupid.

App keeps freezing and closing. Can't tell if it would be good or bad. Older versions were fine...
