Won't even open. Please fix!

Every single time it updates, it asks you to reload the app. This doesn't work, and the only remedy is to uninstall the app and re-install. The problem is (per Harkins customer service) that it creates duplicate accounts. Then they want to erase your points and re start. It takes multiple calls and emails to restore your account. When the app works, it works well. When it doesn't, it's annoying at best! I'd give 0 stars if I could. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND WASTE OF TIME!

Works well enough to buy tickets, but it just will not load my account data so I can't keep track of my rewards or even upload the tickets I buy.
