Ordered Volume 1 to 4 Doodles books. Got a Big Talk VR headset. The app does not allow the keyboard to pop up to enter the activation code. Pathetic. Update: A lady from the company responded very promptly and offered to send me the books and offered to send an additional copy of the books and that I did not have to send back the VR headset. I did receive the books as promised and I am very much happy not because of the additional copy but the approach they had towards customer satisfaction.

I am not able to open the app, it is saying downloading demo please wait, I had once keto the phone even for 45min, my phone got heated however the app did not move forward
