I love using Happy Fresh to do my weekly groceries shopping. The only downside for me is, shopper is not able to make any change (like change of delivery date, delivery address, etc) once the order is confirmed and paid. At the moment, shopper is only able to use the app to add more item to the existing confirmed order prior to delivery. Please add more functions to make the app more useful. Thanks.

it's a great convenient service a little frustrating at times when items you need are out of stock but the shoppers do an excellent job of offering other options. delivery is swift and generally always on time.

2023 : Many bugs happen during shopping, error notification appeared repeatedly. On payment process, it was said I had paid all, though I had not. And I have to repeat the shopping process from the start

Absolute nightmare. The shoppers just shop and send your shopping out whenever they want. There is an option to book a delivery time and its totally ignored. Happened to me 3 times now which is too much to be coincidence. Food ruined, mommy and time wasted, and there is no help from the support team. They say they'll educate drivers and that's it. Doesn't help with my ruined shopping.

App and services for me had always been top notch, CS is/was very responsive until last week, when suddendly, my favorite supermarket wasn't available anymore. After a search on the internet, I read that HF was having difficulties. I hope it will survive the hard times, I have been using it twice a week for the past few years ! So I put 4 stars because of recent reduced service, but it would have been 5 stars 2 weeks ago.

Well since Happyfresh is shutting down in Malaysia I might as well write a review. Here goes. To give a bit of background, I've been using their service for over 2 years ever since MCO started. I'm happy to say it has been a pleasure to use it for that long. Even after we were allowed to go out, I still used this service (I've got no car). Sometimes hiccups like delays, missing or wrong items do happen BUT it's still an amazing service nonetheless.
