I used hamper to get my dry cleaning done for a funeral i had to attend. I
needed my suit the next day. The hamper representative i emailed was very
attentive, nice, and even went beyond my expectations after i e-mailed
their support email to have my suit back to my apartment within a 1 day
turn around time! They accomidated me right away! Thank you hamper for
helping me. I will be definitely using your services again!

Over-priced, extremely slow to use, and confusing navigation.

The last 2 times I've used them, they received all of my suits for work and guaranteed I would have them back in 1-2 days max. Both times I had to track down my garments after the delivery was already late and both times was told that a compressor broke and I wouldn't be getting them til the next day. This is all my clothes for work, I had nothing to wear. I understand this happening once but the very next time I use this service the same exact thing happened?! They also supposedly left some clothes at my front door that I never received. I chalked it up to them getting stolen at the time but after this, I have doubts they got delivered at all.
