About this app

This app contains poetic compositions of Avtar Singh Sandhu aka Pash . Pash originally wrote in Punjabi but his poetry is equally praised by hindi readers. He is counted among the most revolutionary poets of India whose compositions still inspire the youth of India

Pash belonged to middle class peasant family of Talwanid (village in Jallandhar district) . He wrote for Naxalite Movement and also started magazine titled Siar . His poetic compositions include Loh Katha (1971), Uddade Bazan Magar (1974), Saade Samian Vich (1978), Khilre Hoey Varkey (1989, posthumously).

Our endeavour is to make Pash's poetry available to all Indians residing across continents and inspire them to raise voice against injustices .
