Good overall as payment was made easy with Paylah! There are some noteworthy improvements that can be made, for example, when I purchase a ticket to my friend, it will be good if I can input her email, and the ticket gets automatically transferred to her account (and she can view in her IGV app). It would be better if I can send her a unique message together with her ticket! Keep up the good work!

It's really a super convenient app, especially after the integration with PayLah! However, I have 3 complaints: First, the convenience fee of $1.50 per booking only really makes sense for larger groups (spreading the cost). Aren't we at a higher technological level now that such bookings shouldn't come with a booking fee? Second, I use a Samsung, and I used to be able to take a scrolling screenshot on your app, but now it only captures one page at a time. I'm sure it's an overlooked coding issue. Third, y'all keep having the "add to passbook" function for the ticket, but it's not an app I can install. What's the issue? Other than that, I love this app and use it about once a week!

Updated 25 Sep 2108 The new app is worse then the previous version. Now is very difficult to search movie for certain dates at certain locations. It only shows the movies at that location and when you click thru, it is for another day. Just too many clicks to find a movie for that date. Disappointed. At least now it keeps the member user logged in everytime. Previous: User Experience is not good. It does don't keep the user logged in, it does not provide user reviews, all the star rating is arbitrary, and the only good thing is that is actually allows online bookings. And they actually charge $1.50 for convenience fees, as if we did not save them save them personnel and hires.

Firstly, I don't understand the need for $1.50 convenience fee.... I buy online to reduce the need for staffs at your counter, no need to print eticket. Everything is automated... Why should I be paying so much... 5min before show, I tried to retrieve the qr code on app, but the app just wouldn't load. Had to get it from email instead... Please refund my money for the inconvenience..

App that does its job at its best but with a outdated UI and relatively poor UX. App has certain bugs that are unacceptable - experienced a faux transaction once when making a payment through DBS Paylah, where app crashes and funds were deducted from my bank without e-ticket being distributed to customer (me). Eventually, had to go through 3 customer officers, write up 3 refund letters before the funds were returned. The app has potential but definitely needs to be much more secure and reliable.

Each time i try to use the visa checkout, I will need need to go to my messages to get the visa code which is fine. When i come back to golden village app will be return to yome screen, amd i need to go through the whole process again. Obviously cannot chose same seat for 10 minutes since they are now reserved. This app is usuless now. I booked through the website. Stop updating the app already if you are going to break it. Don't need to update it if it's working fine. For god sake guys...
