Poorly built app. It boggles my mind how such an old, well funded, highly profitable organization like Cambridge puts out apps and platforms that are so buggy for so long. Meanwhile, much smaller, younger organizations are able to develop apps that work better and are more complex, at a fraction of the cost. This organization really needs to consider drastic restructuring or they'll keep putting out rubbish software with poor UX.

Good idea but bad implementation. You need to login everytime when you use the application and you need to fill in manually your e-mail and the password which must be very strong. Then time to time if you do not use the device your session expires and you need to login again. This is terrible! I want to be able to login and relogin authomaticaly!

Your app has a shameful 1.9 rating. You're better off thinking about how to improve your app so that people enjoy it not the security measures. On a side note, even finance apps use fingertips or a 4-digit code. Asking for credentials every session is the best way to make people hate your product.

The app does not support dark mode! The letters are white in dark mode and cannot be read when background is also white.
