I love this app simply because it makes it more convenient for me to find what I'm looking for online that I can't find in-store. And the sales events bring out some amazing product finds. Plus, if I choose to, I can place an order ahead online and have the choice to either do a store pickup or home delivery. All from my phone! How great is that?!

App is actually very nice. Easy to use so. When any order is placed on backorder - Guitar Center needs to inform the customer of the next possible or rough estimate of when the the order will be fulfilled. I totally understand items selling out. Then update your website to reflect such. And, instead of appearing to lie - "we as in GC have the item but it needs a few extra days to be packaged and shipped." When that means we are sold out.

Excellent. I placed an online order which said they had one in stock and was going to be shipped. However, item was back ordered. Emails I received from guitar center kept me up to date and I actually received my item just 2 1/2 weeks later. I was expecting it to be longer since it was a limited edition item. When I went to the store the next day after receiving email that it arrived, the gentleman at the counter was very helpful. Helped me right away to keep me from waiting.

This app has so many bugs it is insane. Constantly crashes, can't use paypal to pay without crashing, orders are not available to view on app suddenly, does not populate some items that are in inventory, does not save items when it says and the list goes on. I've been an employee at GC and a long time customer and I have to say the app performance is embarrassing. With the amount of money this company makes I expect them to do much better.

Confused here💩. Every time I launch this app, guitar center tells me this older version is no longer supported. But the Google play store tells me I have the version that was updated as of January '21. UH, I don't want to use your app THAT bad, I just get annoyed when I forget and/or mistakenly press the "launch in app" button.

Sometimes your just wondering why your sitting up at 4 a.m looking at every instrument vendor you can find online because as the list wanes to these national titans you'd imagine the catalog would grow a bit but that is false my friend. Their only interested in the same commercial products that is routed to everyone. But if you want to pay as much as possible for wtv it is you play, I'd say these guys are your best bet. Go price hunting before these guys win.
