Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Q on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

About this app

This is the customer side Q app that only works with participating stores using the Q Admin app. Application provides Real-Time visibility of store capacity to see how full a store is at any given time. If the store is full, the Q app allows shoppers to enter a virtual queue with integrity at a retail store via their device. Customers no longer need to stand in a physical line waiting to shop. Instead they can go 'anywhere', the Q app will notify them when it is their turn to enter the store, the customer then simply comes to the door within the agreed upon time frame with their token.

Must know a retail store that is using Q Admin in order for Q app to work.
