App keeps refreshing after I have keyed in my contact details, wouldn't allow me to go to pick seat page after I click on next. Really sucks like hell, this has been happening for weeks. I can't even use the app for ticket purchase now. Have to go to their website to do so. What's the point of having an app but I still need to go to website to purchase tickets???

Not sure why, the next button to payment in profile setting just won't work (mean I can't go to the next page when I'm supposed to be). A cinema that have been favorite before is gone and have to favorite it again. If you said there is a setting for user to skip it, I can say it is either this is a bad UI design because as a user I don't see anything. Or the app is just bad.

My earlier review was missing, thus this repeat posting. The earlier version of the app was simple in it's GUI and worked fine. Unfortunately the current version is just looks at the expense of functionality. First, I had to re-register and lost all my previous booking history. The performance is slower and less intuitive as well. Unable to exit the app via the "back" function. Please bring back the previous look and feel.
