Android Update Not Fixed! This app worked great before the update, (since before christmas) now I get nothing. Alerts come in, I click alert & app closes. Opening from main app, opens & closes immediately. I have to uninstall & reinstall every time I get a message. Please fix! The app is really important to parents and schools at this time. I missed a message that a school holiday had changed in February, my daughter should have been online working when she had the day off. Not good!

Can't open the app at all, so all the notifications are useless to me as I can't actually see anything from the school. Thankfully have it set up to also email but not able to respond to any messages so not helpful in communicating with the school at all. Been like this for ages now. Terrible service, especially during the home school order.

Worked well. Clearly been updated and now won't even open. Very annoying given the importance of keeping in touch with school, especially as a front line worker with my child having to be in school. Stop taking the school's money until this is fixed. Surely not meeting your contractual agreement to provide a service- we can't access it!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, Every day sometimes multiple times a day I have to uninstall then reinstall as the update has broken the app. Was working fine before the update but now whenever a message has been sent from school I try to open the app and it closes immediately so I uninstall then reinstall. Inconvenient is an understatement.

I am getting the same issue others have mentioned - whenever I get a notification & click on it, the app crashes & won't reopen. I have to uninstall & reinstall every single time. Please, please, with so many schools using this to communicate back to school plans and updates, could the developers try to fix the problem?

The problem with the andriods is not fixed. The app still will not load, I have to delete it and reinstall before I can view what's sent to me. Very frustrating as I need this app for my son's school, especially during this time. Before it started crashing it worked perfectly though.
