The Rush Church app was created to help build a closer-knit community among members: you can join conversations, share photos, learn about events, and find contact info for all members.This is a great way to stay connected and informed. Our continuing efforts in Connectional Ministry.

Our Mission:
Rush United Methodist Church exists to provide a wide variety of opportunities for all persons to know the love of Jesus Christ and become his faithful followers.

Our Vision:
We will support each other in the use of our diverse Spiritual gifts to reach out with Christ's love for those who do not know Him. We long for all of those people to accept God's grace and become a part of God's community.

Our Values:

We believe in teaching the Christian faith in all its breadth and wonder to all person of all ages. (Mark 6:1; Matthew 4:23)
We believe in nurturing loving personal relationships among all persons. We believe in the centrality of the family and in all its shapes and sizes. (John 12:34-35; Luke 10:38-42)

We would love to have you join us for church, coffee and a get together on Sunday mornings, or come by sometime during the week. If you are looking for a church that is working to make a difference in people’s lives and in this world, then we invite you to join us. We don’t pretend to have all the answers, and certainly we’re not the only church that can help you connect with Jesus Christ and friends who are seeking God. But we promise that we’ll welcome you enthusiastically, stick with you for the duration of your faith journey, and share with you all the joys and the sorrows of your life.
