Great service especially during quarantine! We are in lockdown and I needed to do a bigger shopping trip than I thought Glovo could handle. I tried shopping on the Carrefour app. When it generates a "Technical error" for 2 days in a row, I decided to try Grocerypik - I'm glad I did! The app is easy, and their call center called me personally to check on a couple of items that were out of stock. The rider arrived within 2hrs of my ordering. Love the crates as well, very eco friendly!

The app is fairly okay in its interface. Yet, there's room for improvement. Chandarana should put up images of actual goods. Several item names did not match actual item displayed/delivered. Lastly I suggest clients to avoid ordering fragile goods like eggs. I ordered a small pack of eggs and about half arrived cracked. I realize way after the rider had left 😔.

The app is very easy to use. My order was a day late but I was informed. I was expecting a delay due to the current circumstances. When it came my order was correct, intact and unspoilt. I am happy. A little concerned about the boda boda guy. The bike was a bit overloaded which is dangerous for him. He was polite and helpful.

Game changer!! Been using it for 6 months now and I love it. Sure, they are not perfect and sometime they don't have all the products, but for convenience and ease, it's great. With constant updates and progress this app has the potential to change how people show. Try it out!!

When paying with credit card there is a lag and there's a chance you could pay twice. Delivery times are not adhered to and if you need something urgently you'd better not order. Similar items should be grouped together and an option of flavour given e.g. yoghurt. 19 litres of water can only be purchased one bottle at a time because of the mode of transport they use! The minimum shopping amount should be reduced from 3,000/= to 1,500/= This was a good option while I was bed ridden

I order from Grocerypik on my computer all the time and I love their service. But this phone app is full of bugs. Requested an OTP at least 6 times and nothing sent, so I cannot complete the order. I am uninstalling the app.
