This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GRLKND on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

Hi girlfriend! Welcome to GRLKND, a non-profit organization connecting female-identifying youth to mental health resources. With the purpose of advancing self-belief and kindness, our self-development curriculum and digital/IRL support community is backed by a board of bad-a** female experts and psychologists. The GRLKND App (free) facilitated a daily check-in and 'help hub' for instant and unintimidating access to mental health resources and crisis lines. Our community vibe is 'your local girl gang,' hanging out to chat about everything school forgot to teach us.


The goal of our (free) app is simply to reach and impact more young women, connecting them with mental wellness resources. Our curriculum is developed by a combination of GRLKND’s female industry-leading experts and its 2 psychologists, specializing in female, youth mental- wellness, self-belief and kindness.


With an overarching theme of de-stigmatizing and understanding mental health, we also offer campus-visits and events that aim to advance the self-belief and kindness in young women, whilst offering support and clear pathways to seek professional 1:1 support.
