I'm also having issues for over a week now. My IT department contacted Customer support with no resolution so far. App was working fine one day, not at all the next. Updated: Lowered my rating to one star because again the app will not open. Hasn't worked in over a week. Just get error message that app can't open. We pay a lot of money for this EHR but it's completely worthless if can't access patient records.

Cannot load. Continues to give the message that it cannot connect to server, unable to open app but i can see my charts in the background. will contact support tomorrow but I NEED this to work now.....cannot do my job out of the office without access to my EHRs!! Not sure if an Android issue, all of the other providers have iphones and no issue. Had to call one of them to look up my patient's info.....not fun

been getting a green/black screen for weeks. And a notification that the app cannot be loaded. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times without resolution of the problem. very frustrating.

previously got just a green screen after the android update, issue was fixed for a few days and now keep getting an error unable to load, rebooted, deleted, reinstalled and still same issue, very frustrating!

Not working for me and I reported it last week. One message said could not connect with server. Blank green screen. Deleted reinstalled and rebooted, no luck. The case has been escalated R&D. First issue I have had.
