I was liking this app, but recently, I've had a few issues with digital receipts getting stuck or rejected. They reject receipts from online shopping, stating that they are an order confirmation, even though it clearly says receipt at the top of the email. I've tried contacting support many times, but I get no response. I wish you could upload screenshots. They will also make last-minute changes to timings for offers. Dissapointingly frustrating.

I quite like the app, and it has a decent range of offers available on there. That said, I can't ignore that their customer service can be a bit lacking. I sent them a message over a month ago that hasn't been replied to. I sent them another message 4 days ago too follow-up and they've ignored that too 🤷

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I used to love this app as it worked very well over 95% of the time, and really helpful customer support was there when there was a technical glitch. I had a technical issue in August, so I have contacted them by email many times and DM'ed them via Twitter /X, and no responses. Not even an automated acknowledgement. Please bring back your customer support team!

Used to be good but since the last update none of the map/location features work so I can't see which offers are available where. Also the customer service is terrible/non existent. I raised several incorrect cashbacks over the last few weeks to months and no replies to any of them either by email or from within the app. It's a shame as it used to be great but now it seems like they don't care

Quick and easy to use. Not always a huge selection but added bonus when something does come up and opportunity to try different things

Use to be a great app back on days, we speaking about 2-3 years back...but then gradually started going down... multiple times they showing "system issues " or doesn't recognize even the product both is same as they requested...Also they are so so slowly answering to the emails or enquiries...even after 1 month or more ...is becoming useless....
