All of this information could have been on their website. Making it only accessible via an app is a shameless attempt to scrape user data. The app also makes you think you need to sign in via Facebook and allow it several permissions it doesn't need. On top of all that it's buggy, crashes and the map is such a low resolution you can barely read the key! Terrible.

downloaded a few times but still won't let me see the map.

It was less than 48 hours before you release the timetables and the festival maps weren't loaded. I then received an update the day after the festival to say 'new map available, download now'. Get serious.
