If you are a fan of the BBC World Service, have no patience for useless bells and whistles and simply want to hear your favorite program at the mere touch of a button, this app is tailor-made for you. That's it! This app is one of the very few I've stumbled upon that does exactly what it claims - no more, no less. Nirvana...24 hour access to the World Service without opening a website, clicking your mouse repeatedly and waiting for your PC or Notebook to buffer the station through the BBC website.

It's a shame we can't listen to old programmes that we have missed as on BBC radio app. If you find you have missed the start of a series you can't search for the programmes you've missed.
