This app was super helpful in letting me know what activities were available each day. I was also able to communicate directly with the staff through the messaging feature in the app. Definitely great to have if planning your trip or already at Great Wolf Lodge!

We have been checked in for hours now, but the app is not recognizing that we are currently here. And therefore we are unable to utilize mobile food ordering. A bit frustrating. I think if this bug were fixed, it could be a decent app.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Had no problems. Checked in when we pulled in the parking lot. Chated with the personnel, etc. Excellent app.

Hot tub and fitness room closed not too much for adults unless you go to bar that doesnt open to 5pm no adult pools 5 ft is deepest pool but filled with children overall it keeps children busy i will go again.

Loved the app prior to the update today. Nothing works right and I have to log in every single time I go into the app.

App is useless. All of the weekend hours listed in the app are wrong for every event and for the games and stores. The app doesn't offer coupons or a real schedule or a way to sign up for the events that were offered. What's the point of this app?
