The app has been behaving weird for days now. Whenever I try to open the existing app, it loads without any content and tells me to retry after some time. Same error, no matter which tab I click. Everytime, I have to uninstall it, re-install it and login again to be able to view anything. The issue isn't with my phone, android or the version. Because it works everytime it's installed anew. However, whenever closed out, the next, it will throw the error. It's becoming a headache to keep the sub.

Horrible app!! So many bugs, lack of translation/incorrect translation, and errors!!! 1 star for the few good shows. Some of the numerous bugs and errors are that if you're switching between using your TV and phone, your progress on shows is not recorded accurately... it usually takes you back or ahead or right to the start again! Such an inconvenience! At 11pm almost every night so far, the app on phone logs me out and says no WiFi, even though I have excellent wifi!!! Atrocious app!!!

This app is very bad. It does not connect to my TV. Technical support is not able to fix the issue for several months, and they will not refund my money. I would rate this service very poorly. This is an app problem and nothing to do with the TV and internet. Even chromcasting does not work. All other apps are good for this TV except this app. I have the latest technology TV, and it is a well known brand also.

There is no option to skip the ads(disabled button), even having premium membership. Sometimes ads are more than 2 min long. And on top of it ad is played 2 times. Already mentioned that I have a premium account. Still, ads are shown but less than free accounts. And those ads can't be skipped, and ads are sometime over 2 min and than played in repeat mode. If the skip button is shown, then it should be working, or else why mislead

After taking premium Annual subscription ($60/year) with lot of money they will ask to add more addons ($4.99/month) to watch some of the movies. Ridiculous. No live tv channels work in usa. Also there is no option to select which profile to select for watching. Profiles can be created through tv only. Waste of money.

Nothing is free Everything is have to purchase When I was looking for TV serials, at first, The app is showing us Ads and then show us the highlights of the serials. Bas! End Then telling us that we have to purchase the membership! When you will select skip option it wouldn't work but when you will click on the membership option it will work successfully! 🤬I will be no longer with this app.
