About this app

How2tell is for people with epilepsy who want to learn HOW to tell others about their epilepsy. The How2tell app will help you quickly develop your own way of telling , that you can use and adapt to your situation. Using the experiences of other people (aged 18+) with a range of forms of epilepsy, How2tell gives practical information about how to: become comfortable with your epilepsy; decide why, who and when to tell; use different opportunities to tell; tell people depending on who they are; make the message ordinary; and deal with people’s reactions.

Using YouTube: check your phone settings and check the ‘mute’ setting is turned off, otherwise you may have problems hearing sound on the videos.
