I thought with this app you can have access to general news even if you haven't subscribed the electronic newspapers. However I realised that any time my subscription has expired, am not able to read other news as well unless I subscribed to the newspaper. May I know why?

Paying for subscription with Mobile Money was easy and fast. How do i pay for subscription now with "myghpay"? Its a complex interface and can't seem to find GraphicNewsPlus on the list of merchants.

The app was working well until 28th April 2020. I couldn't download even though I subscribed for that. I have sent a mail since 29th April without feedback. Now I want to renew my subscription and that option is absent. Why? If you make changes that affect why users use the app, you inform them not keep mute.

Since I downloaded it on my phone, it doesn't work for me and doesn't give information about News but what it gives me is subscriptions all the time so do something about it. And how do we refresh the page whiles there is nothing to use to refresh the page.
