I like Express & I would probably shop more often if the app wasn't so slow... it takes forever to refresh & there's no option to save your items than add them in the cart... I hope to some improvements Thanks

Love the app. Easy to use. Wish it had a "love item" button so that you could easily retrieve items that you're interested in purchasing. I usually just put them in my checkout cart until I'm ready to purchase though. Overall, I'd recommend downloading.

I would say that this app and Express have come a long way to becoming much better in recent years and it shows! There are only a few things I would suggest for improvement the scanner to scan clothing tags doesn't work and also please create a way to favorite/hearr items so I can easily find things later. And lastly the dates aren't accurate in the points history. Other than that Express has come a long way and I will continue to support this great company!

This app sucks... it wouldn't even let me check out. I had to use my computer. Of course almost none of the clothes fit right because I'm not 6' tall, tho I do love their clothes, but the app def will not let me process returns or exchanges. Quite frustratingly, when I select that part, it takes me to an ad page for a discount on more clothes. Almost nothing in this app works. It's literally only good for putting stuff in your cart.

Awesome App with tons of incentives. I highly recommend anyone who likes casual comfortable affordable clothing at the fraction of the cost of major retail brands. Download this app because you can accumulate points there's always promotions being run. Plus there is a styler aspect inside of this app as well getting to know your tastes it always looking out for the best savings if you are someone like me who doesn't mind blazers buttons UPS chinos and just an overal good look peep this app

It keeps telling me to update my app I already did and when finishing a survey for insider bonus money it repeats itself *it must be a glitch its being terrible* because ordering online has been fine fir me. I would like this app to show all in store purchases & in store location exchanges not just online purchases.
