I have given this brand so many chances and I'm getting very frustrated. I was charged for two coats when I bought one, had it corrected and then they sneakily went straight to my bank to RE-charge me for the second coat that I never recieved. I went to my bank to get it corrected and the minute my bank contacted them to see what the charge was, they finally refunded it for real. Now I'm currently having an issue where they charged me for two items I did not receive. Sneaky and frustrating.

I've always LOVED this shop. Although since I have gained some weight I now have to buy a bigger size (11) - the biggest size available for bottoms in most cases - rediculous. The sizing is off. I'm usually a M but I got a L, they fit like a M/are almost too small. I just had the worst experience with Ardene I've ever had & will not be using the app again. They sent a random green pair of shorts instead of light blue denim ones & you have to pay a fee to return items. 3 ⭐ bc I liked 4/10 items.

Terrible service! After making a purchase on May 13th they never sent my package out. Canada Post opened an investigation and I called Ardene approx 4 times and they continued to say it will arrive as I said no it won't.. it wasn't even sent out. After 3 weeks they finally opened an investigation and it will take 5-14 business days to even get a response on where it is or to get my money back. $80 spent with nothing to show for... The representatives were also very rude when asking questions. 🙄

I was looking forward to looking through all the sales but the app kept saying there was a connection problem and wouldn't load when I clicked on the clothes, even though my wifi is perfectly fine, and it wouldn't let me add things to my bag. Not happy:(

The only problem is that I can't checkout easily. Everytime I need to open this in my laptop and then purchase the items. Otherwise, the app is really good just this checkout problem that needs to improve

Terrible app didn't accept my sign in email to order nor did it allow me to order as a visitor why the app then. Useless, no customer numbers or support to contact. Less than one star, don't waste your time.
