New Year is almost here, and it is that time of the year when your kids are so interested in all those New Year preparations. It’s the time when you can start to introduce to your kid, how New Year is celebrating in Russia.

- Ded Moroz, Grandfather Frost (Russian Santa Claus),
- Snegurochka, granddaughter of Grandfather Frost, Snow Girl,
- Snegovik means Snowman,
- Troika means a traditional Russian driving using three horses abreast and pulling a sleigh.

This colourful and musical application “ Happy New Year for Kids” introduces the New Year characters and decorations to the baby. The kid clicks on the assets, guesses riddles, and widen his Russian vocabulary, learns to think logically, trains his memory.

Young children not only repeat the words, but also learn:

- how to pronounce the diminutive word form, singular and plural word forms.

- how to use words in different cases and with different pretexts.

In order to move to a new level, you need to listen carefully to what the Matryoshka says and to make her tasks. Each level includes a cognitive part and a quest. Matryoshka asks questions, offers exercises for training logical thinking and memory.
