Drivers have always been very friendly, but the app is a bust. It is always a gamble whether or not you will actually get a ride, or if the app will even open when you need it.

horrible horrible horrible. My 81 year old mother needs this because she used to use i-ride and gave up her car. Now the company no longer takes calls, and forces you to use an app that doesnt work. I will be calling the city to make sure gotcha loses any city taxpayer subsidies. What a disaster.

This app is terrible. Half of the time it won't even open. It's also very poorly designed and extremely slow. The notifications are not timely and will send long after you are finished using the app. The app is helpful when it works, but it never does. Please fix this app before you boast about and glamorize this service. A major let down.
