Estou dando essa nota em razão do fato de eu não conseguir acessar o andamento de um processo, sendo que a senha está correta. Já tentei criar uma nova senha, mas o Sindec dá erro, ou então quando tento me cadastrar, ele não permite. Desse jeito, só agendando um horário no Procon pra ter conhecimento do processo, já que nem por telefone se obtem alguma informação. Assim, esse app não me mostrou satisfatório nesse sentido. Quanto as informações, melhor ir no site!

Poderia ter uma ferramenta que permitisse ao consumidor acompanhar a evolução (status) das suas denúncias. (Já foi visualizada? A empresa denunciada foi autuada? Houve aplicação de multa?) Obs: Se essa funcionalidade já existe, desconsiderem o comentário. ;-)
