very good! considering the lack of such online gift services in our homeland for overseas pakistanis to send gifts, this is a brilliant app and they delivered the next day. My ami(mum) was absolutely happy with the surprise so obviously it made my day!. I did not have to contact them about it but they have given good contact numbers and have a facebook page as well. The tracking number they had given (emailed) was helpful.The choices available are fab! so well done guys and keep the standard up.

I have use this service to wish my parents their wedding Anniversary. Last two time it was very good but this this time they just messed up every thing. I paid extra for a mother's special cake but I instead I got a totally different thing. The bouquet I sent was 2 dozen Rose's and instead they just got a tiny bunch with a bit random garden leaves. This is so disappointing.
