The Enneagram for leaders is a personal, professional and organizational development system that describes nine key personality types, each with their mental, emotional and instinctive tendencies. Each of these personalities reflects a central leadership style.
Despite describing very accurately the likely behavior of each of the nine types, the value of the Enneagram is the fact that it is much more than a typology of personalities. It describes the motivations behind the actions, the beliefs and unconscious strategies behind the decisions, the exact and more efficient paths for growth and expansion beyond the patterns of each type.
