I can't set up a password. I've tried at least 10 times and it keeps telling me "password and retype password are not equal." I am typing the exact same thing so don't respond saying to make sure they are the same.

Why have a scanner we can not use. And why do you keep telling people to email saying we have the problem when we get no reply??? If you are thinking of downloading just don't.
