App used to work on my device, but all of a sudden on a flight it said not compatible. Have reinstalled app and updated computer and still won't work. So frustrating when all you want to do is relax on a flight and you can't, because you have to hold a big laptop to watch a movie instead of a tablet that is fairly new and used to work.

My device is listed on your webpage as compatible. I have the app, the WiFi is functioning and connected, but it tells me that it is non compatible. What a garbage app. We can do literally anything on app based programs but this gogo in flight app can't even function in a basic capacity. Can't wait till you go out of business and a better provider creates an app that actually works. Thanks for nothing ✌️

Awful app ... all I can get is the flight tracker and, I think, the text platform ... can't trouble shoot and essentially not intuitive to fix ... I even removed it from my phone and reinstalled ... using an S8; no reason it shouldn't work. I think Alaska Airlines should engage a competent app developer ...

Same complaint as everyone else. I fly a lot and it's irritating every time I try to watch something and it doesn't work. For the last year at least.

It won't give me the option of downloading to my computer. It lists my other devices as installed and provides no way to open. the review allows me to rate this app with at least one star. I'm giving no stars.

Works great. 1 was a 1st time user and download this app in no time while I was sitting at the airport. I didnt experience any interference at all while I was flying in the air. My flight was 6 hours long.
