My friend and I rented 2 scooters and after riding we wanted to leave them at the sc. station.He succeeded and in my case the app told me, that I am in the wrong zone.So I went to the place where we rent it. Didn't work either. I tried to move it for 30 minutes under the rain but without success. I called the company 3 times,but every time someone told me, they can't help me, and I must wait1-2 days the call from the tech. department.They have contacted me only after two weeks and promised refund

Avoid this company! The GPS stopped working in a no park zone, the scooter was useless and I had to leave it. But it was impossible to return it. I contacted customer service and they completely ignored my request to give me back my 20 euros that the useless scooter stole from me!

Failing on Lenovo p2. Works nicely on Samsung s8. It's a shame to have so nice scooters and fail on software :( If you add possibility to rent more than 1 scooter on the same phone it might be helpful!

App doesn't work on Huawei android phone at all. There is never a chance to register a credit card in the registration process, and no such menu item. As a result, you get an error message that prepayment failed, but no chance to register a payment method. You cannot access the app as a result.

A friend of mine got a scooter that suddenly stopped and the ride appeared to have finished over 500m from the place we were at. He couldn't stop the ride as the location the scooter appeared to be at was in a no-park zone on the app and the timer kept charging money. The scooter turned off and when we tried to move it the alarm just went on. We had to abandon it there because there was no way to stop the ride and to move it and the support number listed wasn't working.

Worst scooter experience. Don't bother. Get some of the other brands.
