About this app

The Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) is an internationally agreed-upon set of safety procedures, types of equipment, and communication protocols used to increase safety and make it easier to rescue distressed ships, boats and aircraft

This app has hundreds of questions relating to GMDSS which can help students in their preparation for the GOC exams conducted by the Ministry of telecommunications and Mercantile marine department.

Each quiz consists of 20 questions. On completion of quiz, the student can press the RESTART QUIZ button to practice on another set of 20 questions.
A longer quiz of 30 questions and a quiz with a timer are also available.

The pass percentage of each quiz is set at 70%. This app is very helpful as you have practice questions now in the palm of your hand.


Users can also submit feedback and suggestions using the built in form in the app.
