Horrible download experience. It takes longer time than usual. I have downloaded one file 29% in the meantime it get back to 23%. Download failed on it own whereas i have no problem with my internet connection. Moreover, this app needs a lots of improvements for a being paid media station. Hopefully, your team will take this as your top priority.

Music and podcust navigation system is very very bad. There should be a sorting system like "as per date" or "as per duration". Also, when i listen episod 1, episod 2 should be navigate easily. But its not. I have to scroll back to all the episod to search my desired one. Its very painful.

I'm using this app for about a year. Concept is good but the app performance isn't. It wasn't better when i started using this app and it's not getting any better. Frequent app crash is a common issue. App media Player stops without any valid reason. Right now, the menu bar is getting hidden or disappear. You should focus on the app performance, customer experience is an important part. You won't be able to retain premium users if you don't focus on app performance.

I have a lot of fun in this app, the app is full of different podcasts and ghost stories, songs. I didn't know that in Bangladesh we have an app called Shadhin to conduct a beautiful program. This app has many problems and bugs I am facing many issues like my premium subscription isn't working. They took the money and didn't give me the premium. It has been 11 days they still didn't fixed the problem 😡
