Just reconnected by battery and gone to look at the app and seen that half of the features have been withdrawn no geofencing and no vehicle tracking. I do not know why I purchased this service. Its rubbish. They only ring me when my battery is reconnect never notify me when the battery is low and never ever get back to you

Not very good, was working fine for a month then suddenly crashed, stopped working and now the app won't launch. Restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled several times, it seems determined not to work on my phone!!!!!

The app (when working) is the most basic tracking app I have ever used. It needs geo fences, trip history, a button saying "find my car" at least. On my previous tracker (which had a yearly subscription of just £30) I could do all of these. The most important thing for me would be trip history, I regularly used that before to see if my car had been driven, where it had been driven and how fast etc. App becomes 5 stars with these features.

First few days, app worked well, but to see vehicle movement, had to log in and out. Last few days though, i cannot access the app at all. Very Disappointing. UPDATE. App is now working fine, and am very happy with it. Upgraded to 4 stars. Thanks for sorting

Useless,need to log out and in for updates,shows you location a hour since and now been frozen for 4 days and tried installing and uninstalling,very poor.

New version keeps crashing and needs to be rebooted or reinstalled. The older app, although basic, worked fine. This one is hopeless.
