Used to be great, reasonable prices without so many middlemen. Now? It is so hit or miss, I ordered 2 drones over 6 weeks ago, neither shipped, only one generated a tracking number. Getting your money back requires navigating broken webforms and being told to contact that seller as Gearbest takes no responsibility for sales, they are merely an intermediary. Amex feels as if the company charging you is responsible and will return your funds. Basically Wish with better items and more bad faith sellers. I have used their ticketing system, and their online chat, neither makes a difference. Do NOT be fooled by them responding here, they do not take action. You would be safer buying from a guy down by the river.

Don't fall for this trap app. They will take your money and won't send your product. When you open ticket for refund, they will ask you to refund as an in-store credit and will close the ticket so you won't be able to chat anymore.. Fraud Fraud Fraud Be aware.

Used to be a great place to shop, but not so much anymore. I'd advise anyone to not buy a cellphone from them. Well not an expensive one anyway. If something goes wrong and your phone stops working, don't expect to get back your money or the seller to repair it, even if it's under warranty. The seller will stall until warranty runs out. Gearbest does nothing to really help you but will act like they will. You'll probably be offered a ridiculously low refund like $30 that was offered to me.

Aweful refund policies. Tried to get a refund via "contact us", and there you have an option to cancel your order and recieve th refund, but, you can't get it straight back into the original payment method, only into your G wallet on the site itself. After that you could request them to transfer it back to the payment method. They tell you it would take 24hrs. It took them 4 DAYS to just let me know they don't deal with this, and redirected me to the real support. Finally got it, after 7 days.

They used to be ok few years ago. I used to order 4 phones from them, generally good prices and relatively good delivery time. No issues, except I was forced to pay import tax which was almost a quarter of the phone price and I wasn't warned beforehand. In December 2020 I ordered another phone and in May 2021 still not shipped. Friends are still laughing at me, I myself am laughing. Absolute garbage of a service, support only replies with copy pasted replies. Never ever again I'll use them.
