How do I know if the animal I've wanted to be rescued is rescued and is doing well or not. I've complained about a dog in my localty and I don't see it from the very next day. I don't know if someone took the dog or it died out of ill-health. I'd be glad if there is something like a response from the ones who work to rescue those animals so that people who want to visit or know will know about the whereabouts of the animal. Looking forward for an update with such feature.

About this app

SaveMe is a social app for reporting and tracking lost pets and animals in distress.
With Live Updates, Notifications, Sharing & Navigation Tools.

By simply photographing the animal, you can report to all users of the app that there is an animal in distress that needs help.
Simply take the picture, choose the type of animal and report.
You can post a report about an animal in distress, including the type of distress you identify, and anyone within range will receive the report as a notification.
also an awareness bubble is created on the map around the place where the picture was taken.
When the report/alert is pressed by a user, the application opens and displays.

In addition, the report page will include a “share” button, so that you can share the report with the picture on any social network or with friends.

There is also a “Go there” button that, when pushed, will navigate you to the place where the animal is.

Whenever the application is started, you will be shown a map with your location and the bubbles (notices, reports) of animals in distress that have been posted by other users.
By pressing on each of the reports, a window will open where you can see a picture of the animal in the report, sorted by type, and a verbal description of the case written by the person who posted the report.
The reports on the map are brown, other than reports regarding intentional abuse of animals, which will be red.

The reports on the map relate to all types of animals recently posted. You can sort the reports appearing on the map by type of animal (dog, cat, bird, wild animals, other, abuse of animals) and by the time the report was posted.

Immediately upon launching the application, you will be able to see on the map the most recent reports received in your area and to quickly identify what animal is involved, where it is located and whether it is a case of abuse.

Have you lost a pet?
SAVE ME also gives you easy access to the picture gallery page, which shows pictures of animals that have been reported in your area during the past 48 hours.
Refreshing the page will call up different pictures each time from new reports that have been posted, so that you will be able to quickly identify your pet.
Clicking on the picture will display the report that was posted, when a user reports on an animal, how to share, and directions (navigation) to get to the animal.

In addition, if the animal is a rare animal or a wild animal that you have seen during a hike in nature, we would be pleased if you photograph it and post a report so that other animal lovers will be able to see what you have photographed.

We invite all animal lovers to join us, and together we can serve as millions of eyes protecting our small friends everywhere in the world.

We will be a safety net against those who choose to cruelly abuse animals. We will be a community that is not blind to the pain of those who cannot speak.
