Subscribed to the pro service because it was advertised as $7.99 per month. After submitting payment discovered nearly $100 taken out of my account, because ProGuides slyly downplays purchasing by the year instead of month to month. Used the service for less than 2 hours of videos content. Customer service only offered a $32 refund after I discovered the actual charge. Specifically told me they would not do a full refund. Deceptive and misleading business practice.

I have it for league of legends. But all the content is old. The items they suggest are not even in the game anymore. And the coaches are all pro play. With is a different experience entirely to solo duo. So there advice only half helps
