Makes donating SO convenient. Way easier than planning a trip to a donation center. I can't tell you how many times I have ended up throwing away clothes because I couldn't find the time to make a donation trip. I have heard that large Items don't find a home as reliably. But for old clothes it works wonders.

Said they were coming to get my stuff and didn't take it! Instead left a note on my door saying sorry we missed you. No phone call or anything just came and then left my stuff there on the curb where they said to put it.
