ف سماع القرآن له أثر عظيم في النفوس، ومن ذلك إصلاحها، وانشراحها، والمساهمة في شفائها، ومن الأدلة على ذلك ما جاء في قول الله - تبارك وتعالى-: (وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ القُرآنِ ما هُوَ شِفاءٌ وَرَحمَةٌ لِلمُؤمِنينَ وَلا يَزيدُ الظّالِمينَ إِلّا خَسارًا)، ومن الأدلة التي جاءت في السنة النبوية على فضل الاستماع للقرآن أن رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- كان يُحب أن يسمع القرآن من غيره مما يدل على فضل الاستماع للقرآن الكريم.
وفي فضل قراءة القرآن قال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: «اقْرَؤوا القرآنَ فإنه يأتي يومَ القيامةِ شفيعًا لأصحابه»، صحيح مسلم.
