I want the old app back. Since you updated to the new app I can not see my coupons. It will show me a few but not all. Sometimes it will not show me any. This is very frustrating. The old app worked perfectly fine for me and you made it so we have to use the new one. The new one is worthless... very disappointed. I am a frequent shopper at giant eagle. Please fix the issues.......

Of the curbside pick up services I have used, this is by far the best! Your shopper will text you when they begin your order and are in touch with you though out the process. When you use the app to indicate you are on your way, your groceries are ready when you arrive. The receipt is provided in an envelope with your name and is also used to confirm the order is yours. Each person has been kind, friendly and professional. Thank Giant Eagle for making my life safer and easier!

Can no longer place delivery orders as they always change back to pickup upon payment confirmation and order submission. It still charges you for the delivery tip (if you leave one), though, even though it swapped you back to pickup. How does that make sense? What is the point of delivery options if Giant Eagle doesn't want to deliver to you, and wants you to pickup instead? (All the while charging you the delivery fee & driver tip...seems scammy)
