This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Spot @ Cartoon on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

L’idea alla base di Spot@Cartoon è far conoscere la nostra cultura ai giovani di origine italiana  e alle cosiddette “Seconde Generazioni”, i figli di immigrati nati e vissuti nel nostro Paese, attraverso gli spot a cartone animato di Carosello.

Desideriamo in questo modo contribuire alla costruzione e al consolidamento di una memoria collettiva, attraverso la quale rafforzare il nostro tessuto sociale.

In particolare vogliamo portare all’attenzione del nostro pubblico l’evoluzione dell’immagine e del ruolo della donna nella società italiana, dagli anni ’60 ad oggi.

In questo senso i filmati di Carosello rappresentano un patrimonio culturale unico, per la prima volta qui raccolto in modo organico e facilmente consultabile online. E’ presente su questo sito una prima selezione di 300 caroselli, tra quelli realizzati a cartone animato o con tecniche di animazione, nei quali è anche presente un filo conduttore capace di illustrare sotto diversi aspetti la complessa realtà della condizione femminile nel periodo del boom economico.

I principali destinatari del progetto sono i giovani italiani, soprattutto quelli delle “seconde generazioni”, che potranno così conoscere una parte importante della storia culturale del nostro Paese.

Ci rivolgiamo anche ai docenti, ai quali vogliamo dare la possibilità di costruire percorsi didattici multimediali, che permettano di approfondire in un modo inconsueto e divertente avvenimenti di un’epoca che ha plasmato il nostro essere italiani oggi.
