Kurma ini memiliki peran yang strategis karena Kurma adalah sebuah jasa kurir yang berperan sebagai kurir pribadi rumah warga yang amanah. Jadi kurma akan fokus melayani setiap warga di kelurahaan yang menjadi wilayah kerjanya. Misal warga mau belanja di pasar tradisional, jika tak ada waktu warga bisa langsung buka aplikasi omind lalu klik kurma maka kurma akan langsung belanja di pasar tradisional sesuai pesanan dan mengantar ke rumah warga (KHB) yang pesan tadi.

Tak hanya itu, KURMA adalah sebagai jembatan langsung produk UKM, petani, nelayan dan peternak. Mimpi besarnya adalah warga (KHB) saat ia melakukan belanja bisa langsung membeli produk dari UKM, petani, nelayan dan peternak. Warga bisa beli beras langsung petanu, warga bisa beli langsung telur dan daging dari peternak, warga bisa beli langsung ikan dari nelayan! Semua dijembatani oleh KURMA!
