It's a little clunky, but works as described. I would recommend this for music festivals. Make sure when you upload from a URL, that you use the desktop link, not a mobile link. That took me a minute to figure out.

I liked that this exists but the interface is really poor. The main problem being it doesn't save your selection of bands when you've made one. Until that feature is fixed no other problems really matter.

About this app

This is an app for the Clashfinder.com website. It does two things:
1) Saves an offline copy of a desktop festival clashfinder to your phone that does not require an Internet connection to load
2) Jumps to the current day and time in that saved Clashfinder every time you open the app

Doesn't sound like much but I wanted it for myself. Clashfinder doesn't currently have an app, just a mobile version, which is good but tries to load a new version when there's Internet even though they try some HTML5 offline caching. The problem is overloaded networks at festivals report themselves to be working fine but of course don't work reliably.

Secondly and more imporantly for me, it jumps to the current time of whenever you open the app so you see the current and near future stages. It's tough work at Glastonbury or Electric Picnic when you're eight pints in and having to scroll to the current time whenever you pull out your phone.

It downloads the desktop version of a Clashfinder which I prefer as it shows more information quicker. The Clashfinder.com owner probably thinks mobile phones don't have the screen real estate to show desktop which is why they always redirect to the mobile version.

TO USE:
Just browse to a Clashfinder on your Android browser (e.g. http://clashfinder.com/s/electricpicnic2015/) and you'll be given the option of opening it in this app. Once it opens, it's saved.
