This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing PD Tracker on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. I think this ap has the potential to be brilliant, if only I could purchase the subscription. Please help! I keep clicking on purchase, but can't get past a message telling me I have a problem with my internet connection, which clearly I don't. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I would greatly appreciate it.

This tracker was perfect untill I added the fifth PD session and then it directed me to a paid version. I thought not a problem the app was what I needed and it worked well so why not?? That's when the problem started. I have tried numerous times to switch to the paid app, but I constantly get a message saying there was a problem with the internet and to try again. Well you can try and try again but you will never get to the paid site. I have internet as this blurb shows. Please help!

It is great to record hours and easy to use. I wish there was a section to specify if you are recording hours for the Teacher's Registration Board or for the Education Department. I have tried countless times to purchase a subscription but I keep getting a message that there is an internet problem. I noted in the reviews another person has had the same issue. I emailed the app designer to rectify ... no response. Disappointing.

I would love to see the option to customise the types of activities. For example for higher education and for industry- relevant training and education. It would make this a great tool for many institutions

I really like this app. The only thing I wish I could do is change the Focus Areas because I am not in Australia so my standards are different. But overall this has been a really helpful way to track my PD for myself, then I input the info into the forms my employer requires.
